The very special thing about Yoga is that it is not only exercise, but so much more. By bringing our attention into our body, Yoga connects us also to our mind and soul.

Yoga uses different techniques to help us feel what we are beyond our physical body (Annamaya Kosha). We start feeeling the energy (Prana) in and around us and with Yoga, we can create and work with this energy.

This is the basis for my Yoga classes, where I use the whole repertoire of Yoga methods like body postures (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama) and meditation to help you feel your Prana and get closer to the inner self (Atman).

My work is based on the holistic view of Ayurveda. I choose exercises that address the qualities of the five elements in Ayurveda (earth, water, fire, air and ether) to achieve balance.
