Doing Yoga makes (me) feel happy and balanced!
In my classes I support you to experience and sense the connection to your self. Yoga has the potential to make you feel connected and deeply touched. Next to asana practice, I teach breathing exercises (Pranayama) and meditation in each class. More about my class’s values here.
